David Owen

David is the Project Manager. He is the man that makes it all happen, from the first phone call to final handshake. His attention to detail and ability to manage all aspects of the construction process is what has led us to successfully progress the company.

Manuka build is the brian child of David. This is the section of Manuka design that deals with all building work. This includes everything from extensions to kitchens to driveways, all aspects of external and all internal renovation and refurbishment work. He has put together a first rate building team with decades of experience.

David handles all the quotes and is the person who can explain all of the financial details behind the building projects.

He is married to Rachel, who runs the garden design department.

Rachel Owen

Rachel has been designing gardens for 20 years. She is a plant geek who loves all aspects of garden planning. She is best when trying to solve problems and challenges that gardens throw up. Whether this is designing to a budget or designing a master plan for a 400 acre estate, Rachel has done it all.

Rachel is married to David and they have two lively children.
