There was an offer on the flat for £220k which was rejected before the flat was configured. The total spend for the reconfiguration and the installation of a brand new kitchen, new doors, floors, completely redecorated and rewired was £15k. Even before the paint was dry, an offer was accepted for £253k and they exchanged and completed last week. This just goes to show that with some careful planning and an eye on the budget there is still profit to be made on refurbishing flats. Pictures to be uploaded soon.
